Requirements
Candidates must have multi-line agency operations experience with a track record of leadership, delegation, process improvement, and customer care.
Highly self-motivated individual capable of self-management.
Exceptional interpersonal & follow-through skills.
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Based in the south-western suburbs (Darien) Snyder insurance is an independent growing company serving clients in 20 states, with a complete line commercial, personal, life, 401K products and financial services. Excellent compensation and benefits.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
