M&R Administrator Our Transportation and Logistics client, with an annual revenue of nearly $80 million, has generated consistent growth through expansion, acquisition, and innovation.
It currently has over 500 locations and is the largest intermodal equipment provider in the industry.

They are seeking a M&R Administrator to join their team! This person will be responsible for managing all Maintenance and Repair related paperwork, compliance, special projects, and rebill.

Contract to Hire Compensation:
$21.
50/hour Location:
Darien, IL Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8-5)
Responsibilities:
Review Driver Vehicle Inspection and Examination Reports and follow through to completion to ensure compliance.
Review and compile rebill packages for Marine and Domestic as needed for the Texas area.
Work with field staff to assist with vendor issues and requested reporting.
Assist in Billing review when needed.
Create purchase orders for manual work orders when required.
Assist in the field as needed for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration blitzes and special projects.
Order needed supplies and issue purchase orders within ERP system.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience.
Previous Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry experience, preferred.
Previous exposure to purchasing responsibilities, preferred.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
