The customer service associate provides remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sales and portrait delivery experience.
Responsible primarily for providing effective and memorable customer service to external customers and photographers by utilizing excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company services, product offerings, and policies within the Client Service Department.
Qualifications This is a seasonal position for employment from May through Sept.
Organized, pleasant person Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer and photographer calls, emails and other product knowledge requests.
Handles incoming requests from customers in a professional manner and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with children and adults.
Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.
g.
, navigation, data entry), specifically Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in multiple locations based on business needs.
The Customer Service Associate is required to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist, balance, reach, use hands and fingers to perform repetitive tasks and assemble/disassemble equipment.
Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds (and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds).
Must be able to multitask and assign jobs as necessary.
